PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain contents for a site providing a customer service. SOLUTION: A service provider arranges a server at a data center, and a service user accesses the Internet from a terminal to retrieve a Web site. When the service user designates the URL of a Web site server from the terminal accessible to the Internet, data of contents stored on the side of the server are read and sent to the terminal of the service user. The contents are sorted into seven categories of member registration, what's new, product information, service support, an online album, an online shop and a community. |
