PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the utilization rate of an information providing service. SOLUTION: When an information transmitting/receiving part 12 receives an information ID from a client 2 as an acquisition request of certain information and a recommended information insertion trigger is contained in the contents of that information, a client identification ID is transmitted to a recommended information extracting part 13. The recommended information extracting part 13 returns at least one piece of recommended information corresponding to that client identification ID to the information transmitting/receiving part 12. The information transmitting/receiving part 12 which has received the recommended information, inserts the recommended information at a designated position in the general information of the information ID by using the recommended information insertion trigger and transmits the information to the client 2.
