TRANSFER SYSTEM FOR COMPRESSED IMAGE AND IMAGE TRANSMITTER AND IMAGE RECEIVER USED FOR THE TRANSFER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed image transfer system that attains various image transfer services to a user of an image receiver side while keeping stability of image transfer operations and without causing temporal dispersion on a load of a communication channel. SOLUTION: The transfer system of a compressed image comprises; an image transmitter 10 provided with an image capture means 11 capturing an optional image and an image compression means 12 that compresses the captured picked-up image at an optional compression ratio; and an image receiver 20 provided with an expansion means 22 that expands a transfer image and a display means 23 that displays the expanded transfer image. Then the image receiver 20 is provided with a compression information processing means 22 that calculates a proper compression ratio on the basis of the transferred image information and feeds back the compression ratio information to the image compression means 12 to dynamically control an image transfer size or a frame rate per unit time.
