PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently input many kinds of characters in electronic equipment for which positions to arrange an operation key or the like are limited. SOLUTION: In the case of inputting the character constituted by the combination of a symbol indicating a consonant and the symbol indicating a vowel, the symbols indicating the consonants are displayed in a prescribed order, and when an optional symbol is selected from the displayed symbols by a prescribed operation, the symbols indicating the vowels with the possibility of being combined with the selected symbol are displayed in the prescribed order. When the optional symbol is selected from the displayed symbols by the prescribed operation, the character constituted of the selected symbol indicating the consonant and the selected symbol indicating the vowel is established as an input character. |
