PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable low-loss non-radiative dielectric line the dielectric line, of which has a superior adhesive property to parallel planar conductors and can transmit high-frequency signals with small losses. SOLUTION: This non-radiative dielectric line is constituted by interposing the dielectric line 2, through which high-frequency signals are transmitted between the parallel planar conductors 1 and 3 arranged at an interval which is equal to or smaller than half the wavelength of the high-frequency signals; and the line 2 is composed of a plurality of continuously arranged dielectric line portions, and at the same time, is bonded to the planar conductor 1. In addition, the thickness of an adhesive layer 4 interposed between the line 2 and conductor 1 is adjusted to 5-100 μm. |
