PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste article auction system capable of reusing waste articles as recycle merchandise as much as possible without immediately disposing of the waste articles. SOLUTION: This waste article auction system that tries to reuse waste articles by auctioning the waste articles accepted as waste articles to be subjected to disposal processing as recycle merchandise, is provided with a database 1 in which recycle merchandise information to be auctioned is registered and a publicly releasing means for releasing the contents of the database 1 to the public through a communication network. In the database 1, an auction period of time is set in each recycle merchandise item, if an auction is established within the auction period of time, the recycle merchandise is handed over to a transactor, and if an auction is not established within the auction period of time, the recycle merchandise is subjected to disposal processing. |
