PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain contents for a site which provides customer service. SOLUTION: A service provider installs a server at a data center and a service user retrieves a web site by connecting to the Internet through a terminal. When the service user specifies the URL of the Web site server from the terminal capable of accessing the Internet, data of contents stored on the server side are read out and sent to the terminal of the service user. The contents are classified into seven categories of member registration, new information, product information, service support, on-line albums, on-line shops and communities. |
