Immunoconjugate (I) comprising a polyclonal egg yolk antibody (IgY), prepared from eggs of transgenic specific pathogen-free (SPF) hens that produce IgY containing the constant regions of human immunoglobulin G (IgG) or from SPF hens according to the European Pharmacopeia or DAB 10, and at least one signaling, active and/or amplifying molecule (II), is new. An Independent claim is also included for a ready-to-use kit for preparation of (I) comprising IgY, (II) and additional components such as a set for quality control by thin-layer chromatography, separation columns, supports for apparatus, plus washing and elution buffers.
