First the building works (1) are erected as a whole and then they are covered with a filling material (2) so that a cohesive surface (3) is formed. The filling is then treated and supplied to a user for leisure and/or agricultural purposes. Accesses to the buildings and the windows are kept free of the filling. The filling material can be prepared secondary raw materials, cleared materials etc. The filling can be covered with earth and treated with nutrients to produce natural vegetation.
