PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footbath product having both of foot-warming activities for the temperature control of lower limbs, the promotion of perspiration, the promotion of blood flow, the amelioration of the circulation of the blood of the skin, the prophylaxis and care of infection at a tumor site and an injury part at the lower limbs, and the relief and dissipation of skin disorder, and germicidal and sterilizing activities by allowing a person having the disorder of the blood flow such as a patient suffering from peripheral circulatory disorder and a patient suffering from obstructive arteriosclerosis to take the footbath. SOLUTION: The lower limbs are soaked in an aqueous solution obtained by dissolving the footbath product comprising a carbonate compound, an acidic compound and a chlorinated isocyanuric acid compound formulated therewith.
