PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacture of a top frame of a sliding door frame by forming an upper part rail arranging part for fitting an upper part rail for guiding a sliding door without cutting a lower part surface of a wood substrate. SOLUTION: A cover material (2) having the same thickness (t) as a thickness of the upper part rail is applied on left and right both side edge parts of the wood substrate (1). A recessed part is apparently formed by the cover material coated on left and right respective both side edge parts of the wood substrate and the lower surface (1a) of the wood substrate, This recessed part is made an upper part rail arranging part (3). The number of the upper rails corresponding to the number of the sliding doors can be arranged.
