PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a tip of a desired holder so as to protrude from a tip opening of a casing without fail even when a user rotates a front barrel with respect to a rear barrel or rotates the rear barrel with respect to the front barrel. SOLUTION: A composite holding implement comprises a plurality of the holders axially movably housed in the casing 16, which has the front barrel 12 and the rear barrel 14 for selectively advancing any of the plurality of the holders by a relative rotation of the barrels 12 and 14 for constituting the casing 16. The holding implement further comprises a reference mark 14e attached to an outer surface of the barrel 14, and a holder mark 12a representing the corresponding holder to the outer surface of the barrel 12. In this case, the barrels 12 and 14 are rotated in such a manner that the barrel 12 is rotated to the barrel 14 so that the mark 12a representing the holder desired to be projected coincides with the mark 14e in a circumferential direction. Thus, the tip of the desired holder is projected from the tip of the casing 16.
