PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the emergence of the naturally nonexistent distance and speed of a target, which caused the deterioration of reliability of measurement result. SOLUTION: This device comprises a range gate 17 for reading a range gate data line from a memory; a first frequency extraction part 102 for performing a frequency analysis by FFT for all the range gate data lines read by the range gate, and extracting a beat frequency corresponding to the target; a second frequency extraction part 103 for performing a frequency analysis by FFT only for the range gate data line from which the beat frequency is extracted by the first frequency extraction part with large arithmetic load and high frequency calculation precision, and extracting the bear frequency corresponding to the target; and a distance and speed delivering part 19 for determining the relative distance and speed of the target on the basis of the beat frequency extracted by the second frequency extraction part. Accordingly, the actual time processing can be performed without deteriorating the reliability of measurement result.
