PURPOSE: An EC(Electric Commerce) system and a business model which is dependent on holding stocks or not are provided to offer a discriminated service to a customer ordering a product or a service provided from the stock issuing company at a shopping mall according to the stock holding. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises a data file(1), a calculator(3), a computer(2) and a business model(4). The data file comprises a customer information data file(1-1), a service item data file(1-2) of the stock issuing company, a service content data file(1-3) for the stock holding, a customer stock holding status data file(1-4), an EC service item data file(1-5), a stock holding customer service content data file(1-6), a stock holding status data file(1-7) of each stock company customer, and a stock exchange center data file(1-8). The calculator comprises a system control program(3-1), a customer information execution program(3-2), a stock holding deciding program(3-3), a service performing program(3-4) according to the stock holding, an EC solution(3-5), an execution program according to the customer information, and an Internet execution program(3-7).
