PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger, high in a heat transfer efficiency and short in a time necessary for heating or cooling. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger is provided with a kneader 1, a circulating pipeline, whose both ends are communicated with the kneader and through which outflow fluid, flowed out of the kneader, is returned to the kneader, and a heat exchanging unit 2 for effecting the heat exchange of the outflow fluid passing through the circulating pipeline while the heat exchanging unit is provided with a static mixer 2a, constituting one part of the circulating pipeline, and a heat medium conducting pipe 2b for conducting a heat medium to flow therethrough while the static mixer is provided in the pipe of the heat medium conducting pipe. |
