PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermo-sensitive adhesive composition and a thermo- sensitive adhesive with an excellent blocking-resistant property capable of maintaining a high adhesive property for a long period of time when a thermo- sensitive adhesive laminated body is manufactured by coating the thermo- sensitive adhesive on a base material, and to provide the thermo-sensitive adhesive laminated body with a high productivity of a product, an excellent maintaining property of an adhesive property and a transparency and no generation of blocking even if it is stored for a long period of time and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: In the thermo-sensitive adhesive composition containing a thermoplastic resin (A) and a solid plasticizer (B), it is characterized that a solid phosphor compound (B1) having a melting point of lower than 100 deg.C and a compound (B2) having a melting point of 100 deg.C or higher are co-used as the solid plasticizer (B). The thermo-sensitive adhesive, the thermo-sensitive adhesive laminated body using the adhesive and the manufacturing method therefor are provided.
