PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably improve rigidity of a rear frame without causing reduction of a loading space and effectively reduce occurrence of low frequency noise by suppressing volume change in a cabin in a two-node bending mode of a car body. SOLUTION: The upper part of a side surface of the inside of the car body is formed in a cross sectional shape projecting obliquely toward a floor panel 16 side around bending parts 10A and 11A of rear frames 10 and 11, and cross sections of the rear frames 10 and 11 are expanded using a clearance part on a space between them and a suspension link or a fuel tank 14. Thus, torsions of the rear frames 10 and 11 are suppressed against tilting bending moment due to vibration from a road surface in the two-node bending mode of the car body, and the volume change in the cabin is suppressed, thereby effectively reducing the occurrence of low frequency noise.
