PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional knit fabric for a sheet of a seat used in an automobile, a train vehicle, an airplane, a furniture, an office, etc., showing a comfortable sit feeling having a cushioning property with a repulsive feeling and a fitting feeling with a human body especially in the case of using it as the sheet of a hammock type seat, and having a good shape stability with less collapsed feeling after sitting. SOLUTION: This three dimensional knit fabric constituted of a surface and reverse double layered knit fabric and a linking yarn for linking the double layered knit fabric is provided by constituting at least one knitted fabric of the surface and reverse knitted fabric with a polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber, and having >=3% and <=50% elongations in lengthwise and widthwise directions per 14.7 N/5 cm width and <=10% residual distortion of elongation and <=30% stress relaxation rates in lengthwise and widthwise directions per 14.7 N/5 cm width.
