PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the quality and productivity of a molded product by reducing the molding failure caused by fluctuations in the resin pressure in a screw after a metering (plasticizing) process. SOLUTION: The optimum resin pressure after the metering process is preliminarily calculated at every resin and resin pressure after the metering process at the time of automatic operation is controlled to the optimum resin pressure by moving the screw forward and backward.
