PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear powder primer for an aluminum wheel capable of forming a powder coating film excellent in foaming prevention effect. SOLUTION: This clear powder primer contains (A) an epoxidized acrylic base resin, (B) a polycarboxylic acid compound, and (C) a wax having a melting point of 50 deg.C-160 deg.C, the amount of ingredient (C) compounded being 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. sum of ingredients (A) and (B).
