PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical roller holder capable of suppressing strength degradation, wear, etc., of the strength of the holder without degrading assembling property of an inner race. SOLUTION: The ratio of the spaceδA in the radial direction on the PCD outside diameter side to the spaceδB in the radial direction on the PCD inside diameter side is set to beδB/δA=1.1 to 3.3, where the spaceδA in the radial direction on the PCD outside diameter side is the distance in which a cylindrical roller 3 can be moved outwardly from the condition that the center of the cylindrical roller 3 is agreed with the pitch circle diameter PCD of the cylindrical roller 3 on the pocket center line radially extended from the center of the holder through the middle of arbitrary two column parts 42 adjacent to each other, and the spaceδB in the radial direction on the PCD inside diameter side is the distance in which the cylindrical roller 3 can be moved inwardly from the condition that the center of the cylindrical roller 3 is agreed with the pitch circle diameter of the cylindrical roller 3.
