PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally adhesive polyester resin laminated film having a seal part after thermal adhesion having tough properties (that is, having high strength and not destructing the film itself when the seal part is peeled) and capable of being easily torn in a preferable direction when proper force is applied. SOLUTION: The polyester resin laminated film has a substrate film comprising a polyester resin and the thermally adhesive layer provided on at least the single surface of the substrate film. A ratio of the stress at the time of 50%-elongation of the substrate film to that at the time of 10%-elongation thereof is not more than 1.2.
