PURPOSE: A skin contact material which is characterized by having sanitary functionality and excellent durability, making it possible to wash easily, having a smooth surface, and being economical, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: The skin contact material is obtained by a process containing the steps of: mixing 1-30wt.% of germanium, 20-49wt.% of charcoal, 35-64wt.% of a synthetic resin solution, 5-34wt.% of a foaming solution, 0-29wt.% of pigment and 1-30wt.% of diluent; coating one side of products such as clothes with the mixture; fixing and drying at 140deg.C for three minutes; and then drying at 120-140deg.C for about one minute.
