PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite perovskite-based varistor which has large tanδ at 400 kHz, has excellent electric characteristics and function of which is not injured even when soldering at high temperature is executed. SOLUTION: Composite perovskite-based semiconductor porcelain contains a first component composed of oxides of Sr, Ba, Ca and Ti, a second component composed of at least one kind selected from oxides of Y, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu and a third component composed of Si oxide. Varistor porcelain 10 is constituted of a semiconductor part 10a of the inside and an insulating layer 10b formed on its surface. |
