PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float valve capable of opening a large valve hole to discharge a relatively large quantity of fluid without a lever, and preventing the shape of the whole of the float valve from being increased in size. SOLUTION: A plurality of valve holes 8, 9 communicating a valve chest 5 with an outlet 6 are formed in valve seats 10, 11. A small float 19 to be first displaced against a plurality of valve holes 8, 9 and a float 17 to be displaced later are respectively disposed in the free state. The small float 19 is first displaced by a rise of a liquid level in the valve chest. Subsequently, when the float 17 opens a valve, buoyancy of the small float 21 acts as rotary auxiliary moment, thereby assisting valve opening of the float 17.
