PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel portable wet tissue heater which heats and keeps portable wet tissues warm. SOLUTION: The portable wet tissue heating/heat retaining device comprises a housing made of a flexible material such as a cloth for housing portable wet tissues, a heat source such as a plane-formed low-voltage high-output semiconductor electronic switching device or the like for heating and keeping the wet tissues warm, a power source such as a secondary battery for heating and keeping the heat source warm and its power source control unit, and a holder for holding the wet tissues housed in the housing in contact with the heat source.
