PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled clean rice by coating an extract of a ginkgo and mugwort on the surface of rice or soaking rice in the extract is provided which enhances the flavor and nutrition of rice. CONSTITUTION: Ginkgo powder is added to an extract of mugwort and then coated on the surface of rice with a fine thickness, or the rice is impregnated with the extract to a degree in which the solution is impregnated deeply into the inside of an embryo thereof. |
