PURPOSE: A light fireproof wall with a clamp and a filler is provided to maximize fireproof and sound insulation abilities thereof, and to reduce a construction cost and improve a workability. CONSTITUTION: The light fireproof wall with a clamp and a filler for improving a sound insulation property comprises at least one pairs of unit base plates(2,2') coupled with a plurality of clamps with being spaced apart from each other; at least one pairs of reinforcing plates(4,4') tightly contacting to the outer surface of the unit base plates; at least one pairs of buffers(6,6') surrounding the reinforcing plates; a plurality of bolt members(8) and nut members(10) penetrating the unit base plates and the reinforcing plates; and a plaster filler member charged in a space between the unit base plates.
