PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance design effect when a coating material is applied to a molding subject in a guide and mold usable for attaching a strip-like member to the molding subject. SOLUTION: The guide 10 has almost flat tapered surfaces 28 between the bottom surface 22a of a bottom wall 22 and the outer surfaces 24a of both side walls 24 so that the tapered surfaces extend in the direction crossing both of the bottom surface 22a and the outer surfaces 24a at an obtuse angle. Width contracted parts 30, wherein the dimension in the direction traversing a groove 26 is less than the maximum distance between the outer surfaces 24a of the both side walls 24, are formed to the bottom wall 22 at the part surrounded by the bottom surface 22a and the tapered surfaces 28. The mold 14 is equipped with a base stand 56 locally protruded on a main molding surface 54. The distance between both side surfaces 56b of the base stand 56 is substantially equal to the minimum traverse direction dimension in the width contracted parts 30 of the guide 10. The bottom wall 22 of the guide 10 is fixed to the base stand 56 in such a state that the bottom surface 22a is brought into contact with to the top surface 56a of the base stand 56. |
