PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a launching system, capable of being efficiently and easily attached to a vessel, and a missile receiving vessel. SOLUTION: In the missile receiving vessel 19, the launching system 20 is received into the vessel 34 together with the missile. The launching system 20 is equipped with a wiring board 22, contacted vertically by a signal output pin 10 and receives an external signal. The wiring board 22 is penetrated previously through the penetrating port of a base body 24 and is secured to the base body 24. Upon fitting and attaching the base body 24, to which the wiring board 22 is attached, to the vessel 34, two sets of flat plate type electrodes of the which board 22 are elastically abutted against pins 50, 62 for the terminals of a connecting terminal 44 energized by coil springs.
