PURPOSE: A method for operating the coupon and lottery ticket marketing and a mileage linking the on-line and the off-line is provided to offer a banking system using mileage point obtained by buying the goods and using a service, and to offer an opportunity for the point marketing, the big event joining and a sales enhancement system to the small and poor companies. CONSTITUTION: An individual point database(01) individually stores the point caused by the purchase and the service use through the on/off-line. An exchange database(02) exchanges each mileage point with a specific standard by linking with the individual point database. A point banking system(03) linking with the individual point database and the exchange database carries out a banking process that requests a game, the shopping, the contents use, a transfer and a payment by using the exchanged point. A point account database(04) carries out the management and the certification of the individual point database and the exchange database. A point compensation and payment database(05) processes the banking business of the point banking system.
