PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive roller which is composed of a conductive elastic layer made of a curable composition including a conductivity imparting agent, can be easily controlled in resistance in the semiconductive region and is extremely small in the dispersion of electrical property among samples and the voltage dependence. SOLUTION: The semiconductive elastic layer which is made by curing the curable composition which indispensably consists of an oxyalkylene polymer (A) such as oxypropylene polymer having at least one alkenyl group capable of hydro-silylation reaction in the molecule, a compound (B) having at least two hydrosilyl group in the molecule such as polyorganohydrodiene siloxane, a hydro-silylation catalyst (C) and a metallic salt (D), preferably, an alkali metal salt such as lithium salt is formed. |
