PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tightening tool for preventing load collapse which is capable of easily adjusting the tightening strength of a cargo and binding the cargo at hand, and reliably tightening the cargo of various sizes. SOLUTION: A locking member 6 is provided on one end of the tightening tool 100 for preventing load collapse via an expandable member 4, and a pair of Hook-and-Loop fasteners are provided on the other end thereof via the locking member 6. A holding part 5 is provided on an end to which the Hook- and-Loop fasteners are fitted. A male Hook-and-Loop fastener 2 provided on the end side and a female Hook-and-Loop fastener 3 attached to the Hook-and- Loop fastener 3 provided on the center side of the tightening tool 100 for preventing load collapse are provided. The expandable member 4 is not extended over the specified length when the tension of the predetermined value or over is applied.
