PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchase support method surely protecting the privacy of a customer even at the time of applying for the purchase of any article by utilizing the Internet or a mail order system. SOLUTION: When the customer applies for the purchase, a desired article name and the individual information such as a name and an address of the customer are ciphered and the application is made. Thus, not only information leakage in the middle of Internet transmission is prevented, but also the name of the article to be delivered is kept secret even if a door-to-door delivery company can recognize an individual information specific to the customer. |
