PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the parameters of all transmission channels only with the parameter setting operation for one channel regardless of a number of transmission channels. SOLUTION: When respective channel control circuits 3-1 to 3-N are switched to a second control mode by a mode changeover switch 1, the setting value of a transmission parameter set by a parameter setting switch 2-1 is outputted to a channel control circuit 3-1 and converted to the control information of each of partial circuits of a transmission channel ch1 corresponding to this channel control circuit 3-1, the respective partial circuits are controlled on the basis of this control information, this control information is successively outputted through a line 31 to channel control circuits 3-2 to 3-N of transmission channels ch2-chN, and the respective partial circuits corresponding to these channel control circuits 3-2 to 3-N are controlled.
