PURPOSE: A method for providing a lottery ticket service is provided to make a customer directly input a lottery ticket number and to guarantee a minimum wining money to the customer even if the customer inputs the ticket number overlapped with other customers. CONSTITUTION: A server makes the customer input a desired number on a screen if the customer requests the lottery ticket issuance through a user's terminal. The server checks that the number inputted by the customer is overlapped with the number registered by other customer. If the inputted number is not overlapped, the inputted number and the customer's information are registered. If the inputted number is overlapped, the overlapped registration number is checked. In case that the overlapped registration number is smaller than a preset number, the registration is permitted. In case that the overlapped registration number is larger than the preset number, the server informs the customer of the registration failure and helps the customer to register another number.
