PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the water cut-off effect of a joint part of segments by restraining a sealing material interposed between the end regions of the respective segments. SOLUTION: A joint part 14 comprises the first and second end regions 12A, 12B and a sealing material 16 made of rubber interposed in a clearance S formed between the respective end regions 12A, 12B. The sealing material 16 is composed of a piece-like base part 34 provided in almost constant wall thickness, and protuberant outer end parts 35, 35 provided with thicker wall thickness than the base part 34, continuously with both cross direction end sides of the base part 34. Consequently, when the sealing material 16 is interposed between the respective end regions 12A, 12B, the dislocation of the sealing material is prevented.
