PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically extract the list of 'customers to whom merchandise can be proposed' from existing customers and to enable a seller company to realize one-to-one marketing to the customers by utilizing the list of 'customers to whom merchandise can be proposed'. SOLUTION: In the business support system, expected customers to propose the purchase of new merchandise are extracted on the basis of the property of the merchandise, the relation of the merchandise with each other and a past purchase history, etc. The expected customers can be extracted so as to be suited to the demand of a seller on the basis of the results of accounting analysis and trouble analysis further. The seller can freely define the conditions of extraction. |
