PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program video recording device that can automatically create a menu screen on which program contents are correctly displayed and to provide a program video recording method, a medium recording a program video recording program and the program video recording program. SOLUTION: A user enters a video recording reservation of a program, records a confirmation screen for video recording reservation to be displayed for confirmation of reservation contents as to whether or not the reservation is correctly made to a video audio storage means, management information is generated by using the recording image reservation confirmation screen as a menu screen or a program representative screen after the end of program video recording and stored in the video audio storage means.
