PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fixing failures due to low voltage input in a paper and environment limited draft mode which is faster than printing in a normal print mode. SOLUTION: In a device, when a voltage-determining means 25a discriminates low voltage input by the temperature curve of a temperature-detecting element T or commercial power source voltage-detecting means X, paper feeding is waited, depending on a condition set for the draft mode independently of normal printing mode. A first print time shorter than that in normal print mode is realized by optimizing the paper feed start conditions to the standard environment temperature and the standard media. |
