PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for another user such as a document manager to check whether a shared document managed by a server has been read by a user capable of referring to the document or not (unread/read state). SOLUTION: In addition to a document managing application allowed to be referred to from two or more users 3 connected to a network 2, an unread/ read state is managed/recorded in each user as added information to be added to a document. Who does not read an optional document yet and who has already read the document are displayed by using the unread/read information. Which document is not read by an optional user and which document has been read by the user are displayed as a list of unread/read documents by using the unread/read information. |
