PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reproduce a moving image at a desired speed without narrowing an area on which the moving image is displayed. SOLUTION: A video recording reproduction program 81 makes a monitor to display a reproduction button to start reproduction of AV contents, when the reproduction button is clicked while the AV contents are reproduced, the program 81 displays a reproduction speed revision window that is a menu for continuously adjusting the reproduction speed of the AV contents onto the monitor. The reproduction speed revision window that is a menu for continuously adjusting the reproduction speed of the AV contents has a slider bar. When the slider bar is dragged upward or downward, the video recording reproduction program 81 continuously changes the reproduction speed of the AV contents in correspondence with the position of the slider bar with respect to the reproduction speed change window.
