PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking device capable of heating a cooking material in a good finishing state. SOLUTION: When the surface temperature of the cooking material reaches 98 deg.C in stewing, the setting output of a magnetron falls from 800 W to 100 W, and the magnetron is continuously driven at a heating output of 100 W. Since the cooking material is continuously weakly heated in a boiling state that the water is not boiled over, the finished state of the cooking material is improved.
