PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a line state is poor in a conventional radio terminal equipment, that is, when a radio wave strength is weak or a radio wave which disturbs an original radio wave is mixed in a radio transmission, a receiving buffer is exhausted and reproduction of a video or a voice is interrupted. SOLUTION: A data receiving terminal equipment judges that a data receiving state is poor by using a buffer content 18 and a receiving bit rate 19 of a radio terminal equipment, informs the that user the data receiving state is poor by using an alarm display signal 19, and urges to move to a place where the data receiving state is good.
