PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing toilet seat equipped with a drying function, which implements short-period drying by perforating a plurality of injection ports in each of drying nozzles, arranging the drying nozzles at locations laterally symmetrical to a portion to be washed, laterally moving the drying nozzles, switching or opening the injection ports in synchronous movement of the drying nozzles, and blowing water droplets adherent to the buttocks of the user with intermittent injection air. SOLUTION: The washing toilet seat is comprised of a washing water supply means 16 having a washing nozzle 15, an air injecting means 17 for pressurizing and intermittently injecting air from the drying nozzles 19, a drying driving section 20 for driving the drying nozzles 19, and a control section 18 for controlling the means and section. According to the washing toilet seat, the drying nozzles 19 are laterally moved, and intermittently inject the pressurized air from the injection ports during the movement of the drying nozzles in synchronization with the movement of the same. As a result, water droplets adherent not only to the anal portion but also to the surface of the buttocks in a wide range can be removed, and therefore time required for drying can be drastically shortened.
