PURPOSE: A foreign exchange service method is provided to reduce the time and the manpower for a money transfer and to efficiently operate the foreign money capital by inquiring a foreign money transaction and the transaction particulars through a communication network mutually connecting a company with a bank. CONSTITUTION: A document for a foreign money transfer request is written by a terminal installed to a related department of the company and is received through the communication network(30). After checking the truth of the received document, the reception is informed to the related department(31). After inquiring the transfer request particulars, a payment report and a computation process for the money transfer is carried out(32-34). The transfer money and a commission are automatically withdrawn from an appointed account by commanding the money transfer and a payment order is sent to a payment bank(35). After checking the money transfer particulars, the result data is transmitted to the terminal of the company in order to inform the result of the money transfer(38).
