PURPOSE: A spoon and chopsticks case which is light and strong by insert molding a transparent acrylic plate into a cover of the case using foamed synthetic resin such as HIPS (high impact polystyrene), and reduces manufacturing cost by expansion injection molding the case at once, and a method for manufacturing the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: In foaming a spoon and chopsticks case using HIPS (high impact polystyrene) as a raw material, the spoon and chopsticks case separately comprises a main body(2) on the bottom surface of the inside of which two or more of ordinary spoon and chopsticks supporting protrusions(21) together with ordinary spoon and chopsticks dividing projecting plates(22) for separately keeping spoons and chopsticks are integrally formed so that water is well drained without a separate drainage net; and a cover(3) into which a transparent acrylic plate(4) having no affinity with HIPS and a high melting point is simultaneously insert molded during foaming of the cover so that the inner part of the spoon and chopsticks case is seen through from the outside thereof.
