PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make efficiently executable a processing to cut scrap cutting plane lines by a stable operation in the processing to cut a plurality of parts from plate materials. SOLUTION: This automatic blanking device for arranging parts to be cut on plate materials is provided with a dividing means for almost equally dividing an area where the components are arranged on the plate materials with prescribed clearances and a parts arranging means for arranging the respective parts which are large enough to be put in the respective areas divided by the dividing means in the divided areas.
