<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisting handrail which has a skin layer having a desired softness, an excellent moldability, a smooth surface, a reduced gloss and an excellent pollution resistance. SOLUTION: An olefin thermoplastic elastomer which is obtained by carrying out a dynamic crosslinking of 90-20 wt.% of an ethylene/α-olefine copolymer and 10-80 wt.% of a propylene resin in the presence of a radical initiator and has a Shore A hardness defined by JIS K-7311 of 65-99 degree and a glossiness of the surface of 5-50% is used. A skin layer comprising this olefin thermoplastic composition is adhered to a handrail body comprising a hard material.</p> |
