PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dross separating and removing device capable of removing the dross in a molten metal dipping solution in which a steel strip is continuously dipped to perform the molten metal plating. SOLUTION: This dross separating and removing device comprises a dross separation tank, a plurality of lower baffle plates erected upwardly at predetermined intervals from a bottom part of the dross separation tank, a plurality of upper baffle plates suspended downwardly from an upper part of the dross separation tank so as to be inserted between upper end parts of the lower baffle plates, and a filter which is positioned between the lower baffle plates and the upper baffle plates, placed on the bottom part of the dross separation tank, and freely taken outside when pulled upwardly from the upper part.
